Last Few Months...

We have been literally partying, ever since we moved closer to office.... I think its the soul of the place, It demands food,music,laughter!

1. It started with my surprise birthday party!! It was all planned by Saurabh. 2 weeks of planning , secrecy.  It was that started all the partying....



2. Feburary after all is the season of weddings. Birthday was followed by Sharan's wedding. Full on family reunion.

3. There was long pending newly wed's party. The highlight was Saurabh's Khayali Chicken ( Please ask Liz how she came up with that name!). Sneha,Deepti and Sandeep didn't even try being nice to me they just gorged on chicken,Ignoring the dal makhani  totally!! We had an unexpected drop out the every last minute and despite that the food was cleared off :). What better than compliment can one ask for? 



4. March was  Pa's 60th birthday celebration! It was cute, he wanted to celebrate and have a big party with all his friends and family :)


5. Back home, and its Cricket season!! And celebrations continued .... a lunch here and a dinner there! Vad pav Lunch @ Bhasins was awesome!


6. Long awaited trip to Shridi came calling and April first week was long drive Belgaum,Pune,Shridhi and all the way back to Bangalore. Of course with World Cup Finals,it just  was the cherry on the cake, Oops the trip he he he


8. Finally,Saurabh's Birthday!! A picture speaks a thousand words.......No, it doesn't tell you how all these guys planned and had the whole house filled with party spray's and sprinkles!! Knowing very well how it would have me go all crazy , trying to clean the house LOL. The food was sold out from the start  aloo tikki's to Anvita's pepper chicken for appetizers to full main course. Of course the chocolate pudding was the show stealer.



Phew! That's just the beginning..... :)

Good Friends?

Its not difficult to spot a good friend syndrome.It started with we are just 'good friends', a customary 'hi' and then started the Long talks way past midnight planning of the whole day keeping his calender appointments on mind, Shopping for his best friends wedding, Picking up his laundry while he was at office Bunking because he was down with fever. Going that extra mile to say 'sorry' when actually he is at fault. Jealous when you see him with some pretty girl. She knew she had developed feelings that didn't categorize him as just a 'good friend',but she never accepted it, neither to herself nor to him. In denial, she only let her self fall deeper into this pit.She couldn't tell if he loved her, but he depended on her.
